Production Process
- After you upload your files to our website, our team of expert imaging technicians downloads them. The first thing they do is make a copy so that the original files are preserved and can be used for reference if needed.
- Next, they run a "preflight check" of the files, which is a multi-step process of checking to see that all the design specifications have been met. If a problem were encountered, one of our technicians would contact you to discuss it.
- With the files ready to print, our technicians compare the file against your provided proof (either a PDF file or a printed proof). If everything matches, they send the file to one of our on-site large-format printers for output.
- The printed graphic panels are compared against the proof. Then it's off to finishing for lamination, magnets, hangers, Velcro, etc.--whatever is appropriate for your particular display.
- The graphics are custom fitted to your booth frame, as appropriate. Now it's time for the final inspection.
- When your display passes inspection, it is carefully packed and prepared for delivery/shipping.
